Initial defendants listed in the lawsuit include CVS Pharmacy, GNC, NOW Health Group, Omega Protein, Pharmavite (Nature Made brand), Rite Aid Corp., Solgar, and Twinlab Corp., all makers of fish oil, shark oil, fish liver oil or shark liver oil products.
